With our default guarantees, we want to secure the financial risk of
- start-up performance costs (max. 3 performances) in the amount of 50% of the fixed costs incurred for the respective venue per performance, but no more than 500 € per performance. The same applies to school theater, provided it is only performed in a professional venue. If the income attributable to the venue exceeds its fixed costs, the deficiency guarantee is not applicable.
- artist income per performance. If the artist's fee is percentage-based on the box office of their performance, we will assume the difference between the actual income according to the artist's contract and € 150 per performance and artist. If the actual artist income per performance and person exceeds the minimum fee, the deficiency guarantee does not apply.
